Dermot was born and raised in Donegal, Ireland. It was there he attended trade school and relocated to San Francisco 25 years ago as an experienced plumber. He has been in the building trades for over 30 years. Dermot decided in 2021 to become a General Contractor.

With all his experience in the trades in San Francisco, Dermot brings the best of the best in builders, electricians, drywallers, tilers and subcontractors to our projects. Dermot has a great love for the Bay Area and cares deeply for the people here. His care for people is evident in the quality of his work.

A native of North Idaho, Amy brought her skill and expertise in the building industry to the Bay Area in 2021. She has been in the construction and building industry for over 25 years, specializing in design, client communication, quality management and oversite of her projects.

Amy was inspired as a child by her grandfather, watching him create beautiful custom homes at his drafting table. She loves helping people develop their vision and create a truly remarkable space. She is committed to concise up front communication, exchange of ideas and creating a clear picture of the project, design, process and finish details.

Amy brings her true passion and love to every client and project she oversees.

With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Edgar brings a wealth of expertise and a keen eye for detail to every project. Specializing in carpentry, Edgar has worked on a variety of projects, from high-end remodels to complex construction tasks, honing his skills as both a craftsman and a leader.

After spending 3 years as a foreman, Edgar developed a deep understanding of managing teams and coordinating various trades. His experience spans not only carpentry but also plumbing, electrical work, and cabinetry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of the job. His commitment to quality craftsmanship is matched by his strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Having a background in hospitality, Edgar excels in building strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service, and maintaining a level of professionalism that makes every project a smooth and enjoyable experience. He is driven by a passion for perfection, honesty, and doing things the right way, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard and on time.
